1. Slide over foot. 2. Pull support onto knee. 3. Center patella locator over the kneecap. Size: Measure around kneecap while in a standing position. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach on fabric softeners.
